If your insurance company accepts your claims, you will be reimbursed according to your insurance plan. If your insurance company denies your claims, you are responsible for continuing to pay Mandala Midwifery for the services.
Unless you would like to undertake the billing yourself, you must work through LBS to file the claims. For Monitrice Clients, their fee is 8% of collections from billing, or $50.00 per full-term client, whichever is greater.
