The standard fee for Monitrice Services is $3,000*.
The client is responsible for paying Mandala Midwifery a deposit of $3,000 as set out by the agreed-upon payment plan, regardless of insurance reimbursement. Clients are required to pay 25% of the deposit as a non-refundable deposit upon contracting with Mandala Midwifery, and complete payments by 36 weeks of pregnancy.
Clients are also required to pay a $300 "Additional Fees" Refundable Deposit at the initial visit. See note at the bottom.

Additional Appointments
If you are finding you would like more visits than what the standard package allots, you can add more visits! Visits will be billed according the Well Woman Visit rate.
Grace Period from Time of Hire
Mandala Midwifery believes its important that both parties feel comfortable with moving forward as a team. Therefore, we do not sign any contracts or collect nonrefudable fees for services until after the first visit. (Though we do collect a "Additional Fees" Refundable Deposit at the Initial visit.)
After the first visit, but before the contract has been signed at the second visit, if either party decides to not continue care, the initial visit will be billed according to the Well Woman visit rate and deducted from the "Additional Fees" deposit collected at the first visit. Remaining funds will be returned.
*Note About Additional Fees:
These standard fees for both Doula and Monitrice do not include any lab work or herbal and homeopathic remedies or extra visits. You are required to pay an "Additional Fees" deposit to cover these additional expenses at the initial visit. Unused funds will be returned. Excess of funds will be billed.
