Breath is a foundation for Yoga as it carries Prana, Chi, Qi, life force energy. It can be manipulated in ways to bring nourishment to areas that need rejuvenation or healing. Pranayama allows for observation of how the breath works within the body, so that one may learn to control and calm the mind.

Pranayama is incorporated into each weekly public class.
Private classes welcome.
