AquaDoula Tub Rental: $250 plus tax for a rental of an AquaDoula Tub.
The fee for Mandala Midwifery planned homebirth clients is 5% of your Birth Services Fee, but no more than $250, and no less than $150.
La Bassine Tub Rental: $150 plus tax for a rental of a La Bassine Tub.
The fee for Mandala Midwifery planned homebirth clients is 3% of your Birth Services Fee, but mo more tan $150, and no less than $90.
Additionals:
-One-Way Delivery or Pick-up: $25 (Within certain areas of the Bay Area - Regions outside the designated area, may require an additional $25-100 fee depending on the location and will be noted verbally or in an email.)
-Break-Down/Cleaning: $50. Water must be removed before arrival.
-Additional Weeks: $50/week, if requested in advance.
-Avoid a trip to the hardware store or stores! Purchase your accessories from Mandala Midwifery. See the Accessories Page for details.
Rental Terms:
Up to five week rental.
Generally one acquires the tub in the 37th week of pregnancy and it needs to be returned after the birth no later than 2 weeks after the EDD. It is requested that the renter return the tub a few days after the birth even if it is before the end of the rental period.
Late Fees:
You are welcome to, and encouranged to, return the tub anytime after the birth prior to the end of the agreed upon weeks of the rental. If you retain the tub beyond this, an additional $75 will be due, unless prior arrangments have been made.
Tax:
Tax is added to appropriate purchases.
Deposit:
A refundable deposit of $75 is required. Funds will be returned when the tub is returned in the same condition it was received.
Delivery Note: Tub exchanges are made during normal business hours. If you are unable to schedule a time for delivery of the tub during open time slots within normal business hours, you will need to personally acquire the tub after hours. Availability is not guarenteed.
