If you would like to participate in the Homebirth Focused Childbirth Education Class facilitated by Mandala Midwifery simply call or email and state the class you in which you would like to participate. After confirmation that space is available, you may send a deposit to reserve a slot.
To reserve a space in the class send $150 non-refundable deposit
AND fill out and send this class registration form.
The fee is due in full two weeks before the class start date.
Cancellations made before two weeks of the start date will receive the fee back in full less the non-refundable deposit. If the baby has been born before the start of class, you will receive the fee back in full less the non-refundable deposit.
For no other reasons will funds be returned. Once class has begun, no refunds will be warranted, even if the baby has been born before the end of the series.
